Jagupkar Engineers Hot Mix plant meet all the specification laid down by M.O.S.T. The plants are designed and engineered to give trouble free performance with enhanced fuel efficiency using the latest technology. Available in capacities ranging from 40 to 90 TPH, These plants offer automatic control on the production through remote controlled operation from the Control Cabin. Drier drum is made from 10mm thick heat and abrasion resistant MS plates to give excellent durability. It is electronic jet burners with auto cut - off to prevent overheating and give economy of fuel.

Four Bin Feeder

Four bin feeders of 10 tonnes capacity each for aggregates with extractor belt are provided along with extractor belt are provided along with the plant. Single deck vibratory screen for over size removal is provided at the end of the gathering belt. Special rubber belt conveyors are used for material conveying.
